Approval Confirmation Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed if your exchange is approved.

Return of Products If required, you may be asked to return the defective or damaged products. We will provide you with a return shipping label or other necessary instructions.

 

Replacement or Refund Upon receiving the returned items, we will process your exchange. Depending on the circumstances, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns that do not meet our guidelines may be subject to 20% restocking fee.
