REORDERS

K-9Beltz.com will either repair or reship your item(s) if it is damaged or malfunctioning, or it will refunded from your transaction.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if you receive a package from K-9 Beltz.com and choose to "Return to Sender" without first speaking with a customer service agent. All shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility - including the return shipment.
Orders that are returned because the invoice's address was either incomplete or wrong will receive a refund for the cost of the product less the delivery. The cost of shipping will not be the shipping charge indicated on the invoice; rather, it will be the actual cost of shipment.
